Feature
One of the most remarkable advantages of stainless steel digital caliper is the ease of reading. It directly displays the measured value through a digital display screen, eliminating the hassle of carefully aligning scale lines to read the value as in traditional vernier calipers. For example, in a busy workshop environment or in scenarios where high measurement efficiency is required, users only need to fit the measuring jaws of the caliper against the object to be measured, and they can immediately read the accurate measurement result from the display screen. This greatly saves time and reduces reading errors.
At the same time, stainless steel digital caliper also support the unit conversion function, enabling easy switching between different units such as millimeters and inches, which is convenient for use under different measurement standards. For instance, in international trade or machining involving foreign standards, this function is very practical.
The stainless steel digital caliper has three buttons(we also have 4-buttons digital caliper):
On/Off : It is mainly used to control the power on and off of the digital caliper. When this button is pressed, the digital caliper starts up and enters the working state. The display screen lights up and shows measurement information. Pressing it again will turn off the power to save battery.
Zero: Also known as the Reset Key, its function is to reset the displayed value of the digital caliper to zero. During measurement, if you need to measure with the current measurement position as the starting point, you can press the zeroing key to make the value on the display screen become zero. The value obtained from subsequent measurements will be the displacement relative to this starting point.
MM/INCH: It can switch the measurement units, generally used for conversion between millimeters (mm) and inches. When it is necessary to read the measurement results in different units, press this key, and the display screen of the digital caliper will automatically switch to display the corresponding unit values to meet different measurement scenarios and requirements.
